Members of George Strait’s Ace in the Hole Band

Mike Daily, Benny McArthur, and Ronnie Huckaby of The Ace in the Hole Band put a band together to play whenever George Strait wasn’t touring. Haydn Vitera rounds out the band with fiddle, additional vocals and guitar. Dan Dreeben on drums and Tom Batts on bass guitar, along with the multi-instrument parts, make for a unique listening and dancing experience.

Another long time casino is disappearing from the Las Vegas strip. Plans have been made to implode the New Frontier on November 13th at 2:30 a.m. The New Frontier was sold for $1.2 billion in May and closed in July.

The implosion is being handled by a company called Controlled Demolition. They have done many Las Vegas implosions including the Aladdin, Dunes, Castaways, Hacienda, Sands and the Stardust.
