Maxim, The men’s lifestyle magazine, got inital go-ahead from Clark County commisioners to develop a porject in Las Vegas. This is a first step, but the detailed plans for the project are yet to be submitted and approved. Initial plans call for a 300 rooms hotel and 1,860 condominiums,a large casino, shops and restaurants.
The land is located beside Circus-Circus at the north end of the strip. They hope to break ground in 2008 and open in 2010.
